He works closely with team members at all levels of an organization to understand their operations and business processes to make recommendations for improvement by finding efficiencies, realizing cost savings, reducing downtime, maximizing staff performance, and improving data quality.
Ever the curious mind, Garlon is relentless in his pursuit of knowledge, experience, and excellence across diverse domains. Prior to pursuing his career in business, Garlon had seriously considered attending art school. Now, Garlon fosters his artistic side during his spare time through creative pursuits such as graphic design, branding projects, creative direction, and costume design.
